About the Program

Available to members of The McCarl Group Online Education Center, the McCarl Scorecard serves as a functional diagnostic tool used to gain insight into your organization by breaking it down into 5 key areas: Hazard, Operational, Financial, Strategic and Education; each of which is broken down into sub-categories and then further to specific inquiries.

This entire matrix has been created based on over 30 years of real-world, hands-on mechanical contracting business experience. This is not an arbitrary template consisting of cookie-cutter questions copied from an MBA textbook. All aspects of The McCarl Scorecard are meant to evaluate the core-competencies of your company and evaluate the risk therein.

How We Do It

What is involved in completing the Scorecard? For most clients, the program should take little more than a month.

By broadly assessing your organization we are able to identify strengths and areas for improvement, not spend time dwelling on what you already know.

The Scorecard consistently produces insights and recommendations that lead to growth or savings in excess of the cost of the program.
